Usually, the maintenance of the air compressor is solved by the sales company, but when the machine is eager to use, we need to quickly find out the problem by ourselves. The following is a brief introduction to several common faults and their solutions. 

1. Automatic shutdown

When the running air compressor automatically stops, what we need to consider is whether the machine itself is normal. It is also necessary to check whether the automatic switch, thermal relay, pressure condition, voltage condition, cooling fan, etc. of the air compressor are normal.

2. The temperature is too high

When the exhaust temperature of the air compressor is high, it is necessary to see whether the cooling oil is sufficient. If the temperature is too high, the air compressor will malfunction. First, check whether the compressor lubricating oil, oil quality and refrigeration fan are normal, then check the cleanliness of the cooler, whether the original valve parts for temperature control and power off, and whether the valve body parts are normal. If the parts are damaged, they need to be replaced.

3. Startup problem

The first thing to check is the voltage and whether the relay is normal. When the air compressor automatically stops after starting, we need to consider whether the automatic air switch, the closing degree of the intake valve, the voltage, and the contactor are all working normally.

4. Gas condition

When the exhaust pressure of the air compressor is too low, check whether the valve and air pipe leak, whether the regulator is working normally, and whether the solenoid valve and pressure switch are normal. When the air compressor does not supply air, it is necessary to check whether the control cylinder is operating or not, and whether the butterfly valve has mechanical failure. After eliminating the above situation, after the solenoid valve mechanical and coil faults are eliminated, check the sub-circuits where the solenoid valve is located one by one.
